Posted on 12/03/2023

Dear Falcon Families,

Congratulations to the Marching Band and Color Guard for taking 4th Place in the California State Band Championships over the holiday break. This ties last year's placement which is the highest in school history at states. Additionally, our AFJROTC Academic Teams made it to Level II, dominating the other 13 units. Our AFJROTC StellarXplorers Team made it to round three placing them in a good position for Nationals, and our AFJROTC Cyber Patriot Team has made it to the state round. Great work to all of our students, teachers and coaches for their amazing success!

There are a number of minimum days and holidays coming up for the months of December and January, so please be sure to mark those dates using the event calendar below. See below for the latest updates as of 12-3-23.

We Hear Youth Survey Parent/Guardian Notification

Mending Matters (a mental health organization that has had a partnership with SRHS for the past 6 years) is working with a group of student advisors here at Scripps Ranch High School to roll out the We Hear Youth survey. The purpose of the We Hear Youth Survey is for Mending Matters to learn how students view their student body’s social emotional needs, so that Mending Matters can create responsive resources that make sense for students’ unique needs. The survey is voluntary and anonymous and will be offered to the entire school during advisory on December 14th, 2023.
