SRHS Weekly Updates as of 12-10-23
Posted on 12/11/2023

Dear Falcon Families,

A big thank you to our CA-935 cadets and our entire Falcon community for their generous canned food donations. Together, our community donated 15,214 pounds of canned food (this is over 4000 pounds more than last year)! These donations will be given to the San Diego Food Bank where all food will stay in our county to help feed the less fortunate in our city.

This is our final week before our Winter Break so I look forward to a fun week ahead. We have a spirit week and a Winter Rally on Friday (with a special surprise for the students on Friday) to celebrate as we go into the break. Lets make this final week of school for 2023 a great one! See below for the latest updates as of 12-10-23.

* Please forward this message to your child’s email account so they have all the latest info.

We Hear Youth Survey Parent/Guardian Notification - survey is this Thursday, 12/14

Mending Matters (a mental health organization that has had a partnership with SRHS for the past 6 years) is working with a group of student advisors here at Scripps Ranch High School to roll out the We Hear Youth survey. The purpose of the We Hear Youth Survey is for Mending Matters to learn how students view their student body’s social emotional needs, so that Mending Matters can create responsive resources that make sense for students’ unique needs. The survey is voluntary and anonymous and will be offered to the entire school during advisory on December 14th, 2023.
